WARRANTY AND REFUNDS

REFUNDS

 

Refunds will be at our discretion and no refunds will be considered after 14 (fourteen) days from date of purchase. NO CASH REFUNDS.

Refunds are processed based on the following:

  • The product/s have been received by Flatpack DIY.
  • The products will be evaluated on receipt of the return.
  • You will be notified about the status of your refund once the evaluation has been finalised.
  • Refunds are done within 21 day’s of returning the products. 

WARRANTY


All goods carry a 1 year warranty, unless otherwise specified. Warranties cover factory faults or defects. No damages caused by wear and tear, negligence, abuse, accident or causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship are covered by the warranty. Warranties apply for domestic use only. Goods used for commercial use are not covered unless specifically stated on the invoice. Please make sure to read our detailed Returns Policy for more information on warranties.

In the case of a product defect, you may be refunded in full or one or more parts will be repaired or if necessary replaced.

Refund, repair or replacement will depend on various factors as detailed in our refund policy. These include the condition of the item and the duration of use
Replacement products fall under the warranty period of the initial purchase date

For warranty claims please email us on helpme@flatpackdiy.co.za with a description of your problem and your original invoice number.  Please note you will be required to upload pictures of the items that are defective. 

Once submitted, we will review the request within 48 hours & will contact you to make any necessary arrangements.
